Pricing & Payment

Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, and delivery can take up to 21 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or your money back.
Pet Safety
